Hi, I’m Dr. Tooba Rehman, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and the founder of Doc and Me Health.
I created this practice because I wanted to practice medicine the way it was meant to be… with time, access, and real relationships.
In a traditional healthcare system, your doctor's time is often limited by insurance, volume, and administrative demands.
DPC changes that.

What if I already have insurance?
You can still become a Doc And Me member.
Your membership is for primary care. Your health insurance can continue to cover things outside of the practice, such as hospitalizations, emergency care, specialists, imaging, and other services according to your insurance plan.
Think of Doc And Me as your primary-care relationship, while your insurance helps cover the rest of the healthcare system.
